Suggestion: Guild Titles
Now that we have character titles, I think a natural extension of the idea is titles for Guilds. These titles would be displayed when you enter/guest in a guild hall, and possibly also available for viewing from sone NPC in Lion's Arch/Kaineng City, or maybe somehow on the characters themselves. Some examples:
- Protectors of Tyria/Cantha: More than 50% of guild members have Protector of Tyria/Cantha titles.
- GvG Curious/Noobs/Hounds/Freaks/Addicts (seasonal title): have participated in more than X number of rated GvGs in the season.
- Comrades in Arms/Band of Brothers/Like Family/Speaks With One Voice: More than X% of teams that members have been on are composed of over 50% guildmates.
- Revolving Doors/Open Recruitment/Stable Group/Refined Tastes/Impenetrable Clique: sliding scale based on recruitment/turnaround.
- Weekend Farmers/Farmers' Union/Farming Central/Agribusiness: based on how much wealth is generated by guild members.
- The Illuminati: More than 50% of members are Kind Of A Big Deal.
(Not all the above suggestions are equally serious.)
